Njeri Kiereini
Meet the Founder
Njeri Kiereini is the founder of United Women’s Council (UWC), a transformation and leadership platform helping women build whole, grounded, and sustainable lives.
Her work bridges personal development, emotional maturity, leadership formation, and social systems, shaped by over 25 years of experience across media, policy, research, advocacy, and psychoeducation. Njeri brings both intellectual depth and lived insight into how people grow, lead, relate — and where inner stability quietly breaks down under pressure.
UWC was born from her observation that many capable women are outwardly successful yet inwardly stretched, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves. Rather than offering surface empowerment or ideology, she created a space for thoughtful transformation — where women build inner steadiness, clarity of direction, responsible agency, and mature leadership across the whole of life.
Njeri is currently advancing her training in counselling and social transformation, strengthening the ethical depth of her practice. Her work integrates attachment theory, family systems thinking, Internal Family Systems (IFS), leadership psychology, and practical life design — always grounded in dignity, coherence, and responsibility.
She is also the co-founder of ThinkTube Africa and the host of Boomerang Podcast Africa, where she leads culturally grounded conversations on emotional health, relationships, leadership, and modern life.
Her approach is calm, rigorous, and deeply human. Njeri believes that true transformation begins with clarity — learning to govern the inner world so that choices, behaviour, and direction align with values, purpose, and long-term vision.
Our Approach
Private Coaching with Njeri Kiereini
Deep Formation. Strategic Clarity. Personal Transformation.
Private coaching is for women who are ready for meaningful inner work, thoughtful realignment, and responsible leadership of their lives. This is not surface-level motivation or quick fixes, but a structured partnership focused on developing inner steadiness, clarifying direction, and making aligned decisions across the whole of life.
Njeri works with a limited number of clients to ensure depth, presence, and personalised guidance. This work is especially suited for women who carry responsibility, influence, or leadership — and who want their inner life to match the quality of their outer life.
Private coaching supports clarity of vision and values, emotional maturity, decision-making, boundaries, and sustainable personal growth — integrating insight with real-world execution.
Engagements are selective and offered by application.
Private coaching spaces are limited.
Applicants are invited to a brief clarity conversation to determine fit and readiness.
