About United Women's Council
United Women's Council (UWC) is a Nairobi-based organisation founded by Njeri Kiereini. Our purpose is to support women in becoming whole, steady, and self-led — cultivating clarity of direction, emotional maturity, and wise decision-making so they can build meaningful, sustainable lives across work, relationships, wellbeing, and leadership.
We offer this support through structured programmes, webinars, summits, digital content, and limited private coaching. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, digital content, registered events, and paid programmes (collectively, the "Services").
Whole Woman. Whole Life. Strength & Grace.
Not Therapy or Clinical Counselling
Our work focuses on personal formation, self-leadership, life clarity, and whole-life development. While emotional growth and self-awareness are natural outcomes, UWC does not diagnose, treat, or manage any mental-health condition.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, severe emotional distress, or a condition requiring clinical support, we strongly encourage you to seek the help of a qualified and licensed mental-health professional. UWC's work may complement — but does not replace — professional therapeutic care.
By participating in any UWC programme, you acknowledge and accept this distinction.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Our Services are intended for women aged 18 years and older. By using our website or registering for a programme, you represent that you meet this requirement.
When you register for an event or programme, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
- Keeping your contact details (especially your email address) up to date.
- Keeping any access links, passwords, or replay page credentials confidential and not sharing them with others.
- All activity that occurs under your registration.
UWC reserves the right to refuse or revoke access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
Our Programmes and Services
UWC currently offers the following types of services, each subject to these Terms:
Core Programme Suite — Reimagine
- Reimagine Yourself — foundational self-leadership and clarity programme.
- Reimagine Your Finances — women and money; financial confidence and values alignment.
- Reimagine Your Work — creative women's business and career leadership.
- Specialty Programmes — Relationships, Marriage, Motherhood, and Leadership, run periodically.
Webinars, Summits & Events
UWC periodically hosts live webinars, online summits, and multi-session series (such as the Parenting Through the Milestones Summit). These are delivered via Zoom and may include session recordings made available to registered participants through a secured Members/Replay page for a defined period.
Members Area
Paid programme participants may access a gated Members Area containing session replays, workbooks, and related resources. Access is verified by the email address used at purchase and is personal and non-transferable.
Private Coaching
A limited number of private coaching engagements with Njeri Kiereini are available on an application basis for women seeking personalised depth work. Private coaching is distinct from group programmes and is subject to additional terms communicated at the time of engagement.
Free Resources & Blog
UWC publishes articles, reflections, and free resources on our website. These are provided for informational and inspirational purposes and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Fees, Payment, and Pricing
Fees for each programme or event are displayed on the relevant programme or registration page at the time of registration. All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods
UWC processes payments securely through our WooCommerce checkout powered by Pesapal, which supports:
- M-Pesa (including M-Pesa STK Push to Till Number 5663554)
- Major debit and credit cards
Payment must be completed in full before access to a paid programme, webinar, or members content is granted. UWC does not offer payment plans unless explicitly stated on the programme page.
Registration Confirmation
Following successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at registration. This email contains your programme access details, session links, and any other relevant information. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive it within a reasonable time, and contact us at connect@unitedwomenscouncil.org if there is a problem.
Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy
We encourage you to review all programme details carefully, take the Wheel of Balance assessment, and speak with our team before registering, to ensure the programme is the right fit for your current season. Our team is happy to answer any questions prior to purchase at connect@unitedwomenscouncil.org.
Programme Transfers
While refunds are not offered, UWC may — at its sole discretion — consider a written request to transfer your registration to a future UWC programme of equal or lesser value, submitted before the programme or event commences. Transfer requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Private Coaching
Outcomes and Results
Personal outcomes depend significantly on each participant's engagement, effort, and willingness to apply programme learnings. UWC does not guarantee specific results. The investment you make in a programme is an investment in a structured growth process — the results you experience are shaped by your own participation and responsibility.
Member Area & Digital Content Access
Access to gated content (replay pages, workbooks, downloadable resources) is personal and tied to the email address used at the time of purchase. You agree not to:
- Share, distribute, or make available access links or credentials to any third party.
- Download, screen-record, or reproduce session recordings beyond personal, private review.
- Use any shared content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of UWC.
Replay and digital content access is made available for a defined period following each programme or event. UWC reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw digital content at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the UWC website and within our programmes — including but not limited to text, frameworks, workbooks, graphics, session recordings, course materials, blog articles, the UWC name, and logo — is the intellectual property of United Women's Council and is protected under applicable Kenyan and international copyright law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use programme materials for your own personal development. You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell any UWC content in any format.
- Use UWC branding, frameworks, or materials to create derivative content or competing products.
- Represent UWC content as your own creation.
Requests for permission to share or cite UWC content should be directed to connect@unitedwomenscouncil.org.
Acceptable Use
By using our website and participating in our programmes, you agree to engage respectfully and responsibly. You agree not to:
- Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the website or any programme experience.
- Harass, demean, or harm other participants or UWC team members in any forum or group setting.
- Submit false information or misrepresent your identity at registration.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any gated content, system, or data.
- Use the website or services for any unlawful purpose.
UWC reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme and revoke access without refund where conduct is found to be disruptive, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.

Continued use of our website or services after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at connect@unitedwomenscouncil.org so that we may seek to resolve the matter amicably. Where a resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
